Vriendelijke medewerker, ik werd meteen geholpen toen ik de winkel binnenkwam. De winkel zelf vond ik wel wat te vol staan. Wat me ook opviel, was dat het inpakken van cadeautjes niet gebruikelijk leek te zijn. Het cadeau was uiteindelijk wat slordig ingepakt, terwijl de winkel juist ideaal is om cadeautjes te kopen. Dit zou een verbeterpunt kunnen zijn!

This is the third time I have been in this shop & it will truly be my the last…I’m very respectful and polite towards all people in life, I took my young daughter to buy some tea for her friend for a Christmas gift, the lady was late opening up the shop, can happen, didn’t bother me, she started to set up the shop, her energy & the way she spoke to us was so rude, almost as if what are we doing here, my daughter ask to buy a certain tea, she didn’t even look at us when she spoke to us, so rude, she seems so frustrated, then she said “you wanna a bag,”, I said that would be nice, yes please, she said 20cent, I said I don’t have cents on me, I’ll pay again with the card, then she just laugh under her breath, so so rude, every time I have been in the this shop, she gives out such a negative energy… I wanted to go back in the shop just to put my point across, my daughter 15yr simply said Mummy don’t waste your energy on such a rude person, Incredible, I’ve had a few friends that have experience similar attitude from the same woman, she is most defiantly in the wrong buisness when it comes to customer service, I’m surprise this shop is doing business. Just what we needed after two days of sightseeing. It is so relaxing in this cafe. I ordered a Gyokuro tea which is one of the best teas I have tasted, such lovely flavours. My friends were very happy with their choices too. Very friendly and welcoming service here. I will visit again next time I am in Antwerp.

Ik drink zeker 2 liter thee per dag, maar graag heel veel verschillende the. Spijtig genoeg kan je hier niet kiezen om thee per 50 gr te kopen, moet minstens 100 gr zijn! Dus als je een duurdere neemt en hem niet lekker vind heb je pech. Spijtig, dan maar terug naar mijn oude adresje in het Shopping Center te Wijnegem, daar kan het wel.
