Really tasty Vietnamese fare in downtown Portland. The dishes were a great display of delicious flavors . Being from the Bay Area I would say the flavors were a bit more of a fusion in taste tho. The portion size was worth the price. The attention to detail of the interior gives the place a great atmosphere. They went all out . All and all the was food good and I would go back.

Some of the best Vietnamese food I've tasted. Flavorful and delicious. Great portions and oh my dare I say incredible!!! The price was reasonable. The vibe was wonderful. I'm in love with the walls and umbrellas hanging from the ceilings. If it wouldn't have disturbed others I would have walked around just to take pics! Did I mention the delicious food! 😋

A treat to the senses - this place is a delight for the eyes as much as it is for the palate. The place has its modern Southeast Asian vibes on point.

As for the food, it has this weird ordering system where you pay first and the food goes to your seat, but it's alright. Didn't get to try the eponymous Luc Lac, but the Pho is phenomenal. Can recommend the Train Pho.

It also has a bar with interesting cocktails, which I sadly didn't enjoy, but they look tempting. Maybe next time.

All in all, great place for work lunch or a social evening.

Pretty good food and incredible vibes.

Got the combo rice plate. It's a lot of meat for the price, but there's nothing particularly standout with the food. The meat is well-seasoned, but that's about it. A pretty regular tasting rice plate. The crispy veggie roll I got with it was pretty tasty though, I will give them that.

The decor and design of the place is what you're here for though. Bright neon lights and really cool wall art. Even the ceiling has umbrellas hanging down to complete the look.

Can definitely recommend coming here for a cool looking spot to hang out with friends!

Everything about this restaurant was excellent. The food was so delicious. And probably some of the fastest service I have ever had. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. This restaurant reminds me of the restaurants in NYC. They have sitting outside with heater, a takeout window or enjoy a nice meal inside. There is a small bar and lots of tables to enjoy some delicious good. This place is a definite place to eat when visiting Portland. The location is close to all the local hotels.
