New York Pizza in de Brusselse Poort heeft een uitgebreid aanbod aan pizza’s, pasta’s en snacks. De kwaliteit is betrouwbaar en de smaken zijn vaak verrassend goed. Het personeel, zowel in de zaak als bij de bezorging, is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wel kan de bezorgtijd soms wat oplopen, vooral tijdens drukke periodes. Het menu is gevarieerd en bevat ook vegetarische en veganistische opties, al ligt de nadruk niet op biologische ingrediënten. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is over het algemeen prima, al kunnen sommige pizza’s aan de dure kant voelen. Kortom, een prettige keuze voor een snelle en smaakvolle maaltijd!

The mexican hot and spicy pepperoni pizza here is impeccable. The garlic bread also didn't disappoint. Appropriately priced and the service is great. Highly recommended!

Pizza is good. However they seem to have an inability to cut the pizza properly, I’m always having to rip it apart.

Deliver driver also got the pizza out of the delivery bag in a vertical position, so all the pizza was mushed to one side.

This restaurant is beyond frustrating. Ordered pizza two days ago, and it never arrived. Called the next day, and they offered to let me reorder free of charge. I gave them another chance tonight, and once again, no pizza. Same incompetent driver as before, no missed calls, and yet they refuse to tell me what number they’ve been calling. When I called to resolve this, the so-called “manager” claimed he personally tried to deliver my order and that since they’ve supposedly tried twice, I’m not getting a refund. To make matters worse, they blamed me for "changing my address too many times," even though it’s the same building—I just provided both entrances in case one was easier to find. No other restaurant has had this issue, and they managed to deliver just fine last week. Avoid this place if you value your time- and stomach.

I just ordered two pints of ice cream and it came completely melted… this is unacceptable and it is not the first time it happens… We gave a lot of money to NYP from time to time, but regarding the ice cream it’s a big NO from me… I don’t need a food poisoning…
P.S train your employees better because a month ago I ordered a California Veggie and somebody thought it would be funny to place a piece of chicken in the middle…
Please respect other people’s eating preferences.

drie kwartier gewacht op 30cm pizza, pizza was super klein ( waarom betaal ik dan 18 euro…?) met slecht verdeelde saus en welgeteld 2 halve cherry tomaatjes ( caprese). Maar was wel oke want werd gelukkig gecompenseerd met een dikke zwarte haar als extra topping 🙂 blij mee
